Man Stole $1,500 In Goods From Home Depot In Commack: Police

COMMACK, NY — Suffolk County Crime Stoppers is seeking the public's help in finding the man who police said stole merchandise from a Commack store last month.

A man stole a cultivator, wheelbarrow and roofing shingles from Home Depot, at 5025 Jericho Turnpike, around 4 p.m. Sept. 13, police said. The merchandise was valued at approximately $1,500, police said. The man is wanted for grand larceny.

Police ask anyone with information to reach Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and leave an anonymous tip via phone call at 1-800-220-TIPS, using a mobile app which can be downloaded through the App Store or Google Play by searching P3 Tips, or online at www.P3Tips.com. A cash reward is offered for information that leads to an arrest.
