Man Stole Credit Cards At Commack Gym: Police
The credit cards were stolen from a locked locker and used later that day at a store, police say.
COMMACK, NY — Suffolk County Crime Stoppers is seeking the public's help in finding the man who police said stole from a Commack gym in July.
A man entered Planet Fitness, at 2020 Jericho Turnpike, around 5:20 p.m. July 22 and stole credit cards out of a locked locker, police said. The credit cards were used later that day at Walmart, at 85 Crooked Hill Road, Commack, police said. The man is wanted for grand larceny.
Police ask anyone with information to reach Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and leave an anonymous tip via phone call at 1-800-220-TIPS, using a mobile app which can be downloaded through the App Store or Google Play by searching P3 Tips, or online at www.P3Tips.com. A cash reward is offered for information that leads to an arrest.
