Man Wanted For Opening Credit Card With Another Person's Info: PD

COMMACK, NY - Suffolk Police are seeking a man who they say opened a credit card using another person’s information in Commack last year.

The man (pictured above) used another person’s identity to open a store credit card and make a purchase at Home Depot on 5025 Jericho Turnpike on December 13 at 11:30 a.m.

He was seen driving the white car pictured above.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest.
