Man Who Forcibly Touched Woman In Commack Arrested: Police

A 72-year-old woman told police a man forcibly touched her in a sexual manner while she was shopping in November, police say.

COMMACK, NY — A Huntington Station man who, Suffolk police said, forcibly touched a woman at Target in Commack in November was arrested Saturday.

A 72-year-old woman contacted police on Nov. 21 to report a man forcibly touched her in a
sexual manner while she was shopping at Target, at 98 Veterans Memorial Highway, on
Nov. 18, police said.

Michael Harrison, 19, was arrested at his home at 11 a.m. Saturday following an investigation by Fourth Squad detectives and Fourth Precinct Crime Section officers, police said.

Harrison was charged with forcible touching. He was issued a desk appearance ticket and is scheduled to be arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip on a later date.

"Detectives are asking anyone who believes they could be a victim of Harrison to contact the Fourth Squad at 631-854-8452," the department wrote.
