Pair Found Dead in Murder-Suicide at Long Island Motel: Police
BREAKING: The bodies of a man and a woman were found Wednesday afternoon, police say.
COMMACK, NY – A man and woman were found dead Wednesday in an apparent murder-suicide at the Commack Motor Inn, Suffolk Police said.
An employee entered a room after the occupants failed to check out at their scheduled time and discovered a man and woman dead inside. Police received a 911 call from the motel at 12:33 p.m.
An investigation revealed the man killed the woman and then shot himself. The Suffolk County Medical Examiner will determine the cause of death for the woman. The identities are being withheld pending notification of next of kin.
