Police: Man With Knife Robs Commack's The Bakery
Bakery on Jericho Turnpike is robbed last week.
A man wielding a knife robbed a Commack bakery last week, according to police.
The man entered The Bakery, located at 1139 Jericho Turnpike in the Northgate Shopping Center, around 4:40 p.m. last Wednesday, police said.
Police said it "appears he went to the register and took cash." Police did not say what interaction and/or conversation occurred between the robber and employees at The Bakery.
No one was hurt during the robbery, which remains under investigation. Police did not release a description of the robber. No arrests have been made.
