Police Seeking Commack Target Thief
Woman stole a vacuum from store last month, police say.
Police are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate the woman pictured above who police say is wanted for stealing from a Commack store last month.
On Sept. 8 at approximately 3:20 p.m., the woman stole a Dirt Devil vacuum valued at $39 from Target, located at 4 Henry Street, police said.
The suspect is described as black, approximately 30-40 years-old, with long dark hair and a medium build. She was wearing light-colored pants, a dark top and yellow hat.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
