‘Power Comes From Service’: Commack Real Estate Leaders To Be Honored At Suffolk Y JCC Golf Outing
Chris and Elena Galluzzo, founders of The Galluzzo Team at Compass Real Estate, will be recognized for decades of community service.

COMMACK, NY — Commack residents Chris and Elena Galluzzo, founders of The Galluzzo Team at Compass Real Estate, will be honored at this year’s Suffolk Y JCC Annual Golf Outing in recognition of their longstanding commitment to community service, family and philanthropy across Long Island.
The annual outing brings together local leaders, business professionals and supporters to celebrate community impact while raising funds for Suffolk Y JCC programs and services that benefit individuals and families throughout the region. For the Galluzzos, the recognition represents a full-circle moment.
Lifelong partners who met at Hofstra University at ages 18 and 19, Chris and Elena built not only a successful real estate business but a legacy rooted in giving back. Their connection to the Suffolk Y JCC began decades ago when they enrolled their daughters in preschool there. Today, their daughter Diana teaches in the preschool program — a milestone the family considers especially meaningful.

Guided by a shared philosophy of service, Chris often says: “Absolute positive power comes from service to others without expectation of return.”
Together with their family, the Galluzzos built The Galluzzo Team into a full-service real estate group serving Nassau and Suffolk counties. The team sells approximately 60 to 80 homes annually, offering comprehensive marketing strategies, expert pricing guidance, and hands-on representation from listing to closing.
Their mission, they say, is simple: help families find their place while strengthening the communities that make Long Island special.
The Suffolk Y JCC Annual Golf Outing will recognize the couple for their professional achievements, dedication to family values, and commitment to community service.
