Searching for exterior house column wraps

My 50+ year old home’s column base wraps have deteriorated. They appear to be either PVC or light aluminum. I can remove the old ones and install new ones, but, I can’t find them, locally (Home Depot, Lowe’s, TruValue, Ace, Kitchen & Bath, Florence Building Supply, etc). The ones I’ve found on the net are horrifically expensive: about $100 each NOT including shipping, which would add another $25 or so!!! I could probably make them from vinyl siding or similar material, but cutting and fitting would be a nightmare for all 3 columns. If I have to resort to using lumber, I will, but, I thought I’d give Patchers a chance to give me the benefit of their knowledge of LI! I’m willing to travel anywhere on LI for a good vendor, so, distance isn’t an issue. I’ve included photos so you can see what I’m referring to. FWIW, the base wraps measure about 8” across and deep, and 12” high. Thanks!
