The Suffolk Y/JCC offers a number of support groups designed to give you a forum to help you get through life's challenges.
Are you facing a new phase? Whether it’s one you’ve chosen or one that’s been thrust upon you it can be unsettling. The Suffolk Y/JCC offers support groups to help you get through life’s challenges with a sense of confidence, new skills and a sense of direction. We currently offer the following groups: Widow & Widowers Support Group, Next Steps for Widows and Widowers, Early Stages of Separation & Divorce, Caregiver Support Group and a Cancer Support Group.
