Summer Teen Volunteer Opportunities at Gurwin Jewish Nursing & Rehabilitation

Summer is a great time to volunteer at Gurwin Jewish Nursing & Rehabilitation. As a participant in our Summer Teen Program, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Develop relationships with residents, staff, and fellow peers in a supportive learning environment.
• Participate in recreation and individual activities with our residents.
• Develop leadership and communication skills.

Our beautiful facility located in Commack provides a stimulating environment for our residents and rehabilitation patients. The center is bustling with activity and provides a great learning opportunity for those interested in pursuing a career in health services.

The summer program runs on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, from 9:30 AM-3:30 PM throughout July and August. Session I begins July 12th-July 28, 2016; Session II runs August 2nd-August 18th.
