trained specialists with no charge for labor. Parts must be provided or the town employees will purchase them and you thenreimburse them. The work offered under the program includes the following:

  • repair leaky faucets and running toilets, leaking drains
  • install locks and make adjustments on doors
  • replace light fixtures
  • change hard-to-reach light bulbs
  • install smoke and carbon monoxide detectors
