WATCH: Chick-Fil-A Lovers Camp Outside New Commack Restaurant

The restaurant hosted its grand opening Thursday morning.

COMMACK, NY - In honor of the grand opening of the new Chick-fil-A in Commack, several people camped outside the restaurant overnight to be the first to try the highly anticipated fast food on Thursday.

The restaurant, located on 656 Commack Road, officially opened its doors this morning.

Guests were allowed to camp out a full 24 hours before the opening -- and for good reason. The first 100 adults in line got the chance win free Chick-fil-A meals for a year.
