Women Sought In Separate Commack Target Thefts: Police

Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward for information leading to an arrest, police say.

COMMACK, NY — Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Fourth Precinct Crime Section officers are asking for the public’s help to identify and locate a woman who reportedly stole merchandise from a Commack store, police said.

According to newly released information from police, the incident occurred at around 8:40 a.m. on Jan. 17 at the Target located at 98 Veterans Highway. Authorities said the woman took assorted merchandise and left the store without paying.

Police are also seeking a woman in a separate incident that they said occurred at around 6:30 p.m. on Dec. 2, 2025, at the same Target located at 98 Veterans Memorial Highway. Authorities said the woman took assorted items and left the store without paying.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward for information that leads to an arrest in the case, police said.

Anyone with information is urged to contact Suffolk County Crime Stoppers to submit an anonymous tip by calling 1-800-220-TIPS, using the P3 Tips mobile app available through the App Store or Google Play, or submitting a tip online at P3Tips.com.
