$5.3K Worth Of Pokémon Cards Stolen In Deer Park: Police

A man is wanted for stealing the Pokémon cards from a store, police say.

DEER PARK, NY — Gotta steal 'em all? A man is wanted in connection with the theft of thousands of dollars worth of Pokémon cards from a Deer Park store in January, police said, and Suffolk County Crime Stoppers is seeking the public's help finding him.

A man stole Pokémon cards from Rip N Ship Gaming, at 729 Acorn Street, around 12:10 a.m. Jan. 10, police said. The cards were valued at approximately $5,325, police said. The man is wanted for burglary.

Police ask anyone with information to reach Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and leave an anonymous tip via phone call at 1-800-220-TIPS, using a mobile app which can be downloaded through the App Store or Google Play by searching P3 Tips, or online at www.P3Tips.com. A cash reward is offered for information that leads to an arrest.
