$5K Reward For Info On Man Who Stole Car With Child Inside
Police have released some new information on the incident from last week.

DEER PARK, NY - Suffolk Police are offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of a man who stole a car with an 8-year-old child inside in Deer Park and left the girl at a West Islip bagel shop last week.
The man (pictured above) entered an unlocked 2007 Acura that was parked at 7-Eleven on 7 Bay Shore Road on September 27 at 7:20 a.m.
The 8-year-old girl was sitting in the back seat when the car was stolen. Her father was inside the 7-Eleven.

The man then dropped off the child, who was not injured, at West Islip Hot Bagels on 544 Hunter Avenue in West Islip.
Before stealing the Acura, the man was seen driving a red van that was stolen from the Bronx. Detectives believe the man was heading back to the Bronx in the Acura.
