American Academy of Self Defense Attends USA Karate Championships
Team from Deer Park self defense school takes home many awards in national tournament.
A team from Deer Park's American Academy of Self Defense recently attended the USA Karate Championships in Lake Harmony, PA.
The team trained hard for months prior to this national tournament, according to team captain Sensei Michael Bertucci, who trains with his team year round.
The team took home awards in many individual and team events. Congratulations to all who attended and competed.
