Heart-Healthy Foods are important because they are made up of nutrients that help to prevent damage to the body.

Here are some Heart-Healthy food options:

1. Oatmeal: Eat oatmeal for breakfast, or as a snack.  Add fruit or nuts to it and even add cinnamon. Mix dry oatmeal in greek yogurt for another yummy, high protein breakfast or snack idea.

2. Almonds: Almonds are loaded with fiber, protein, and healthy fats.  Add some to your yogurt, crush them over your fish dinner, or grab a handful as a snack.

3. Fish: Salmon and Tuna are delicious fish options. They can be delicious at lunch or dinner.  You can't go wrong with these omega-3 nutrient rich protein options.
