Heart and Health Medical hope's everyone had an awesome St. Patricks Day! We hope you indulged in some corned beef, but most importantly, CABBAGE!

Do you know why Cabbage is SO good for you? I'll name a few reasons... 
Cabbage is great for cancer prevention, and in some cases cancer treatment. It helps the digestive system as it can help to treat ulcers, and can help to lower cholesterol!

So don't skimp on the cabbage..and don't just eat it for St. Patrick's Day...Make it a staple in your diet, and reap the healthy benefits!
