Copiague Restaurant Shut Down After 9 Code Violations: PD

COPIAGUE, NY - A Copiague restaurant was closed after officials found several violations on Friday night, according to Suffolk Police.

Officials conducted an State Liquor Authority inspection at Los Chris Restaurant on 350 Oak Street at 10:24 p.m.

During the inspection, the Town of Babylon quality of Life Task Force issued nine combined Building, Fire and Code violations, including failure to possess a permit for public assembly, to the owner.

As a result of the violations, the establishment was closed.
