Missing Deer Park Man With Dementia Found Safe
The 75-year-old was located after he was reported missing on Tuesday.
DEER PARK, NY — A Deer Park man with dementia reported missing on Tuesday was found safe, according to Suffolk Police. A Silver Alert was issued after 75-year-old Joseph Pappalardi was last seen by his wife leaving their home on Old Country Road on Monday at 11:30 a.m.
He spoke with his wife on the phone at 6:30 p.m. that day and told her he was in Massapequa. However, he failed to return home that night. Police issued an update on Monday night announcing his safe return.
