Deer Park Varsity Football Wins Again
Three Jasawn Thompson touchdowns propelled the Falcons to the win.

Jasawn Thompson ran for three touchdowns and collected more than 300 yards rushing on only 17 carries as Deer Park defeated Harborfields 20-7 on Saturday.
For the Falcons, it's their second-straight win to start the 2013 campaign.
"The kid is good, and he can wear people down," said coach Ron Langella. "He is the real deal physically. He gets it and he is only a junior."
Langella also highlighted defensive performances by Thomas Reed, who had three sacks, and Zach Lugo, who had some key solo tackles.
Last week, Deer Park edged Rocky Point 7-6 in a defensive battle as neither team gave up a second-half point.
Earlier in the day, Deer Park and Harborfields played their JV game at Deer Park. The Falcons fell behind by 16 early, before rallying. Still, Harborfields won the game 32-30.
