Gas Station Employee Charged With Selling Nicotine To Minor: SCPD
The 37-year-old sold an e-liquid nicotine to an undercover cop during an investigation on Thursday night, police said.

WYANDANCH, NY - A Staten Island man was arrested for selling e-liquid nicotine to an undercover cop at a Wyandanch business on Thursday night, according to Suffolk Police.
Due to numerous community complaints, officers conducted investigations into the sale of e-liquid nicotine at two businesses in Deer Park and Wyandanch with an underage police agent, police said.
Dharminder Singh, an employee from Sunoco Gas Station on 1580 Straight Path, sold e-liquid nicotine to an underage police agent at 10 p.m., police said.

An employee from Kristy’s Smoke Shop on 1836 Deer Park Avenue in Deer Park, did not sell e-liquid nicotine to a minor.
Singh was charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, second degree unlawfully dealing with a child, sale of e-liquid nicotine to a person less than 21, and sale of tobacco products to person less than 21.

Singh, 37, is scheduled to be arraigned at First District Court on February 19, 2019.
