Halloween Takes Over North Babylon

Another day, another Halloween store is set to open along Deer Park Avenue.

Earlier this week, Patch reported that Halloween City was filling space at the former Sears location on Deer Park Avenue along the North Babylon-Deer Park border.

Turns out a second costume shop has turned up - this one in the Sunset Plaza mall that also has the new Starbucks and King Kullen supermarket.

Like the store to its north, Spirit Halloween is hiring for season positions.

Not to be outdone, the Party City directly across the street from Sunset City also has a giant, orange Halloween sign in the window.

And to think, it's only mid-September.
