The Hess station on the corner of Grand Boulevard and Deer Park Avenue plans to knock down its current kiosk and replace it with a convenience store.
The station operators also hope to build new pump islands as part of a complete renovation of the location.
A public hearing on the proposal is scheduled to be held Monday at 7 p.m. at Babylon Town Hall on East Sunrise Highway.
