HOTRYDE EXPANDS TO SECOND LOCATION IN DEER PARK

Versatile Fitness Outfit Offers Unique and Interesting Class Experiences

On Friday November 14th starting at 9am, join the burgeoning local fitness juggernaut HotRyde in celebrating the Grand Opening of their second Long Island location, at 2103 Deer Park Ave in Deer Park, NY 631-392-0476 www.hotryde.com

In recognition of this special day HotRyde will be offering champagne mimosas, and there will be balloons and giveaways.

This past summer, HotRyde, which was founded by Janell Baker and Lisa Motti, officially launched their indoor cycling programs and their Barre and TRX fitness classes at Dany Holdstein Two Worlds in Wheatley Plaza, after growing out of their original Roslyn location.

In just a few short years, HotRyde has proven themselves to be on the forefront of the non traditional fitness boon; first by bringing the Real Ryde bikes - which tilt and turn to your movement - to the spinning experience, and most recently presenting POUND classes - which are more like dance lessons with drum sticks - into the Long Island fitness lexicon. Their expertise is in offering training that gives you more of an experience in class, “for those of us who have had enough of the boring, tired old treadmill” says HotRyde Co Founder Lisa Motti.

According to HotRyde fitness director Jennifer Ellwood, “indoor cycling is a great way to challenge yourself with others on hand to motivate you”, and HotRyde does this in a unique way; providing the one-on-one attention you need and offering the option of checking out their RealRyder bikes (which tilt and turn) or to Ryde straight on a stationary bike as in traditional spinning.

POUND fuses Pilates, isometric movements, plyometric and Yoga-based poses into a 45-minute, fat-burning cardio workout. Plus, it incorporates all
the benefits of drumming, which is known to boost brain power and relieve stress. You are also sure to Sculpt, lengthen and tone with their widely popular Barre classes, TRX classes and Cardio Core classes.

HotRyde Co-Founder Janell Baker remarked, “Within the HotRyde suite of services, we have something for every fitness buff.”
