Island Empanada To Open New Eatery In Deer Park

DEER PARK, NY - Island Empanada is opening its fourth Long Island location in Deer Park soon.

The new restaurant will be located at the site of the former Lorenzo’s Pizza on 1912 Deer Park Avenue, according to a report in GreaterBabylon.

The Deer Park restaurant will be the second franchise location for the Long Island-based eatery and will be run by Scott Rosenberg.

Rosenberg currently owns multiple franchises including Sobols, Nathans Hot Dogs, Ralph's Italian Ices and Toxic Wings.

Island Empanada currently has restaurants in Lake Ronkonkoma and Medford. A third location in Rocky Point will be opening soon.

An exact opening date for the Deer Park eatery has not yet been announced.
