Local Filmmakers Premiere Movie at LI International Film Festival

7 to Seven makes its big screen debut.

Brothers Wes and Heaven Clark, of North Babylon, along with director of photography Jamie Miller, of Dix Hills, brought their film, "7 to Seven," to the big screen over the weekend during the Long Island International Film Festival.

The Clack brothers co-wrote and directed the first of a seven series of short films, a suspenseful thriller titled "7 to Seven."

In the film, the main character, Jax Spinx, played by actress Valarie Wong is a secret government spy and assassin working for a top secret agency known as Off the Grid (O.T.G.) The film series follows Spinx through her various missions. The eventual series will run seven films at 7 minutes each.

Most of the short movie was shot in Dix Hills, the filmmakers said.
