Long Island based jewelry and craft company ImpressArt, has been awarded partner of the year in the general crafts category by Michaels, the largest craft retailer in the US and in Canada. The award recognizes vendors for innovation, customer focus, collaboration, and commercial excellence. It’s the first time a company in the jewelry department has won this award in over 10 years.

ImpressArt, started by brothers Adam and Jeff Wolter of Syosset and Commack, designs and manufactures tools and supplies used by artisans and crafters to create personalized hand stamp jewelry and gifts. The popular hand stamping trend seen on everything from gold bar necklaces to wine charms has exploded over the past 10 years with ImpressArt at the heart of it. “We didn’t invent hand stamps. We took a dated industrial tool, rethought it and re-marketed it in every which way to reflect current typography trends while making it easy for anyone to personalize a piece of jewelry for themselves, to give as a gift, or to sell as a side hustle” Adam Wolter, President.

ImpressArt has experienced double digit growth year over year since its inception in 2009, has been honored with numerous top new product awards by the Craft and Hobby Association (now AFCI), was awarded “Best American Brand” for 2019 by Craft Business Magazine in the UK, and has been named to the Inc 5000’s list of fastest growing companies for 2018.
