Man Caught Driving With 76 License Suspensions In Wyandanch: Cops

The 41-year-old had his license suspended on 15 different occasions, police say.

WYANDANCH, NY - A Wyandanch man was arrested after he was caught driving with a license that had 76 suspensions in Wyandanch on Monday afternoon, according to Suffolk Police.

Officers pulled over a 2008 Chevrolet pickup truck for an expired inspection sticker on eastbound Washington Avenue at 12:20 p.m., police said.

Following a DMV check, it was determined the driver, 41-year-old Darryl McDonald, was driving with a license that had been suspended 76 times on 15 different dates, police said.

He was charged with first degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

McDonald will be held overnight at the First Precinct and arraigned on Tuesday.

On Mar. 9, a North Amityville man was also caught driving in Wyandanch with 64 license suspensions.
