Man Failed To Feed Dog, Left Her Tethered Outside Home: SPCA
The 52-year-old was arrested after officials found he left his Rottweiler tied up outside, the SPCA said.

WYANDANCH, NY - A Wyandanch man was arrested on Wednesday for failing to leave his dog and leaving her tethered in the yard of a Wyandanch home, according to the Suffolk County SPCA.
Donald Wilson, 52, was charged for failure to provide proper sustenance for Holly, his emaciated female Rottweiler as well as multiple tethering charges, the SPCA said.
He received a total of 12 various charges of the Agriculture and Markets Law and Suffolk County Tethering Law.

Officials launched an investigation after discovering the 2 dogs tethered in a yard at the home on Jamaica Avenue, the SPCA said.
The dogs were seized by Suffolk County SPCA and transported to Babylon Animal Shelter for medical evaluation.

Wilson was held without bail at the First Precinct in West Babylon. He will be arraigned in First District Count in Central Islip.
