Police ID Man Found Shot Dead In Commercial Town Car
Officers found the man with a gunshot wound to the head after responding to a 911 call for a crash, police say.

WYANDANCH, NY - Suffolk Police are investigating the murder of a man in a commercial town car in Wyandanch Wednesday night.
Officers responded to Lake Drive after a 911 caller reported hearing a crash at 6:45 p.m.

When officers arrived they found an adult male in the driver’s seat with what appeared to be a gunshot wound to the head.
The victim, whose identity is being withheld pending notification of next of kin, was pronounced dead at the scene by a physician assistant from the Office of the Suffolk County Medical Examiner.
