Man Killed Mother In Deer Park Home: Police
The 26-year-old fatally shot his mother over the weekend, police said.
DEER PARK, NY — A man was arrested and charged after he killed his mother over the weekend at their Deer Park home, according to police.
Tyler Strauch, 26, shot 64-year-old Deborah Strauch around 9:20 p.m. Friday at their residence in the 1600 block of Deer Park Avenue, police said. She was pronounced dead at the scene, according to police.
Strauch was charged with second-degree murder, police said.
