NORTH BABYLON, NY - A motorcyclist was seriously injured in a crash in North Babylon on Sunday night, according to Suffolk Police. A man was operating a 2016 Yamaha motorcycle southbound on Deer Park Avenue when he collided with a 2009 Honda Accord driven by a woman who was making a left turn from northbound Deer Park Avenue on to Prairie Drive at 8:40 p.m. The motorcyclist was transported via police helicopter to Stony Brook University Hospital for treatment of serious injuries.
