N. Babylon Girls Basketball Set for Round 2 on Wed.

The North Babylon Lady Bulldogs will gear up for the second round of the Suffolk County AA playoffs as they square off with Kings Park at North Babylon High School on Wednesday at 5:45 p.m.

The Lady Bulldogs, ranked number one, took it to nearby neighbors Deer Park on Thursday, defeating the seventeen-ranked Falcons 56-40 on Feb. 14. Kings Park, ranked number eight, defeated number nine Longwood 60-51 on the same day.

A win here will put either team just two more wins away from the AA championship and the the Section XI Championship game.

The two teams will square off at North Babylon High School's West Gymnasium starting at 5:45 p.m.. Admission will be $4 and an ID is required to enter.
