New Coffeehouse To Open In North Babylon

The Long Island-based chain will be opening its fourth location soon.

NORTH BABYLON, NY - A Long Island-based coffeehouse chain will be opening its fourth location soon.

The new Babylon Bean North will open its doors on 775 Deer Park Avenue.

The new business will be the latest in the chain of coffeehouses in Suffolk including the Babylon Bean on 17 Fire Island Avenue, the Bay Shore Bean on 47 E Main Street and the Patchogue Bean on 62 W Main Street.

According to a report on GreaterBabylon.com, owner Sal Gervasi, who took over the chain in 2010, will be returning to his hometown to open the new location.

"It is like going back to your old neighborhood with the people you grew up with," he told GreaterBabylon.com.
