Pedestrian Struck, Killed By Train Near Wyandanch Station: MTA
The incident was reported on Wednesday night.

WYANDANCH, NY - A train fatally struck a pedestrian walking on the tracks near the Wyandanch Long Island Rail Road station on Wednesday night, MTA officials confirmed.
The incident was reported at about 10:30 p.m. by the station on Straight Path.
Service on the Ronkonkoma branch was temporarily suspended in both directions between Farmingdale and Ronkonkoma. Train service was restored around 12:45 a.m.
