Police: Woman Robbed on Deer Park Avenue

Police are investigating a robbery in Deer Park that occurred late Saturday night.

Police say a woman walking on Deer Park Avenue near Ss. Cyril and Methodius Roman Catholic Church was approached by a man just before midnight. The man demanded cash from the woman, who complied with the demand, police said.

The robber then fled in an unknown direction. The woman was not injured. No arrests have been made.
