When asked, what type of business should replace Glo Dot Florist, commenter Danielle said, "Honestly I'd love to see a Trader Joes up in Plaza, but I know none of the buildings have enough square footage. But I would LOVE either a Trader Joes or whole foods in the neighborhood!!!"

The furry, four-legged residents of Puppies, a pet store at Stables Garden Center in North Babylon, moved this week to a Seaford location.

Commenting on the move reader Danielle said, "Sooner or later it was bound to happen and I'm glad the puppy mill, oops, puppy store is gone. Folks should think of local dog rescues & animal shelters to get animals, so many have been left behind and are in need of good homes."

Commenter 1dolpfan said he agrees 100 percent.

Patch Facebook fan Steve Gramlich said he thought the store was "the coolest thing." "I always stop there on my way to Stables," he added.
