Sixth grade students at Robert Moses Middle School in North Babylon are celebrating National Library Week. Students in Kristin Callahan’s class discussed the benefits and uses of a library, while also sharing what they love most about libraries. As a follow-up to the discussion, the sixth graders drew images that depicted their favorite books.
Students also came up with designs centered around supporting local libraries.
