Hello, I have a huge studio like bedroom available in a 2 bedroom apartment on the top floor of a beautiful victorian house in Ditmas Park for $750/mo. Its located 2 blocks from the Q train on a quiet tree lined block in a lovely victorian neighborhood. Nice coffee shops are near by and Cortelyou Road with lots of restaurants, cafes and markets is within walking distance. 
Bedrooms are on opposite ends of the apartment. There is a lot of natural light and you would have use of two large closets, kitchen and bathroom and separate dining room. Everything has been recently updated.
