Burglar Nabs $10K In Electronics and Jewelry From Brooklyn Home, Police Say
The man climbed the fire escape of Prospect-Lefferts Gardens home and made off with $10,000 in jewelry and electronics, said police.

PROSPECT-LEFFERTS GARDENS, BROOKLYN — Police are looking for a man who stole $10,000 in jewelry and electronics from a local apartment last month.
The thief climbed the fire escape of an apartment building near Woodruff and Crooke avenues around 4:30 a.m. on Sept. 29, police said.
The burglar grabbed about $5,000 worth of jewelry and $5,000 worth of electronics from the home before exiting through the lobby, said police.

The suspect can be seen wearing a brown hat, blue coat, jeans and a backpack, and carrying a duffel bag and a shopping bag in footage caught by a surveillance camera in the lobby.
Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact police.
