This advanced gymnastics class is for children ages 6 through 12 who have some background in gymnastics. More advanced routines are explored, and children will expand their strength and flexibility.
This class is ongoing at Midwood Martial Arts & Family Fitness Center. Drop-ins are welcome for $14, and class package purchases are available.
