Belly Dance for Beginners

This belly dance class is a welcoming environment where you will not only work on improving your strength, flexibility, and balance, but enjoy the benefits of being able to express your femininity. Mothers, daughters, sisters, young and old, all are welcome. Though the class is designed for beginners, students at any level are welcome to attend. 

Instructor Lawone teaches this weekly class each Saturday afternoon at Namaste Yoga of Kensington.
