The New York City Department of Transportation, in collaboration with the Midwood Development Corporation, proposes to enhance Dorman Square by making a pedestrian plaza on Elm Ave between East 15th St and Avenue M. Prior to a Public Hearing on April 4, this informational meeting will bring Vaidila Kungys, Senior Project Manager, NYCDepartmentof Transportation, and Linda Goodman, Executive Director, Midwood Development Corporation, to the Community Board District Office, allowing members of the public a chance to provide input and ideas about the plaza design.
