YMCA’s Diabetes Prevention Program

By increasing physical activity, learning how to eat a healthier diet, and decreasing stress, research has shown that a person with pre-diabetes can prevent or delay the onset of type 2 diabetes by a significant percentage. Learn the steps that will help get you there in these weekly one-hour sessions led by a trained lifestyle coach at the Flatbush YMCA.
