- Two men are recovering in the hospital after suffering non-life threatening injuries in a double shooting at 2016 Regent Place in Flatbush on Friday. Little is known currently about the circumstances surrounding the incident, and sources say the two men are not readily cooperating with detectives. (amNY)
- Overall, homicides and violent crimes were on the decline in Brooklyn over the past year, while hate crimes saw a 41% increase, according to the borough's district attorney.
