Shooting Outside Flatbush School Leaves 1 Hurt, FDNY Says
One witness saw emergency responders attending to a kid outside Erasmus Hall High School Tuesday afternoon.

FLATBUSH, BROOKLYN — A person was shot outside a Flatbush high school Tuesday afternoon, officials said.
The shooting occurred on Flatbush and Snyder avenues — less than a block away from Erasmus Hall High School — at about 2:30 p.m., said an FDNY spokesman.
Emergency responders rushed the victim to Kings County Hospital in unknown condition, said FDNY.

A Twitter user called @Maxtropolitan said he saw "a kid" who was "awake and sitting up" being loaded into an ambulance, and posted a photo of police officers outside the school.
FDNY was unable to confirm the age, gender or condition of the victim.
