Man Fatally Shot In The Head In Flatbush, Cops Say

FLATBUSH, BROOKLYN -- A young man lost his life when he was shot in the head in Flatbush Wednesday afternoon, police said.

The 21-year-old, whom police had not identified as of Thursday morning, was shot outside the Flatbush Gardens apartment complex on Brooklyn and Foster avenues soon after 2 p.m., police said.

Medics rushed the 21-year-old to Kings County Hospital but doctors could not save his life, according to police.

No arrests had been made as of Thursday morning, police said.
