Two pieces of good news:
Top Cafe Tibet on Cortelyou between Marlborough and East 16th opens tomorrow, according to the guy answering the phone there, who said that full momo service starts Tuesday. (I didn't quite follow the explanation of that.)
And San Remo Pizza has applied for a liquor license, and is almost through renovating a large space in back, with something in the ballpark of 40 seats. I glimpsed back there when I went to pick up a pie today, and it looks like a real restaurant.
